In July 2020, HPD and HDC launched a new version of NYC Housing Connect. We've taken your feedback and designed the website to make the affordable housing application process easier, more accessible, and user-friendly.

No, you must create a new account in the new NYC Housing Connect. Your account information from the original NYC Housing Connect does not carry however, however your account is still active on the original NYC Housing Connect.
What will happen to applications on the original NYC Housing Connect?
Your account is still active on the original NYC Housing Connect and you can continue to check on your applications there. Starting in July 2020, all new affordable housing lotteries are available on the new NYC Housing Connect.
